The Chinese Education Foundation in Geneva, Switzerland, was honored to be invited by both the Chinese Embassy in Switzerland and the Permanent Mission of China in Geneva to attend the reception for the 75th National Day.

The Permanent Mission of China in Geneva hosted a reception for the 75th National Day. On the evening of September 26, Ambassador Chen Xu, China’s Permanent Representative to Geneva, Ambassador Li Chenggang, China’s Permanent Representative to the World Trade Organization, and Ambassador Shen Jian, China’s Ambassador for Disarmament, co-hosted a reception in Geneva to grandly celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. The event was attended by more than 500 people, including heads and representatives of more than 20 international organizations such as the United Nations Office at Geneva, the World Intellectual Property Organization, and the World Health Organization, as well as permanent envoys to Geneva from more than 100 countries and various dignitaries.
The Chinese Embassy in Switzerland hosted a reception for the 75th National Day. On September 24, Chargé d’Affaires Mao Jun of the Chinese Embassy in Switzerland attended the reception hosted by the Embassy to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. More than 500 people, including Chairman Willy of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Swiss Federal Assembly’s National Council, Ambassador Schlumberger, Director-General of the Asia-Pacific Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, representatives of the Swiss government, parliament, military, and friends from all walks of life, as well as ambassadors to Switzerland, overseas Chinese, representatives of Chinese-funded institutions, and international students attended the event.
