On 11 August 2025, President Leshan Fan of the Chinese Institute Geneva Foundation, together with his delegation, visited the Tenth Bureau of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, and held a working meeting with Director Wang Hui. President Fan expressed heartfelt gratitude for the long-term support and assistance provided by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office to overseas Chinese communities and Chinese language schools. He also gave a brief report on the Foundation’s work in Chinese language education and cultural promotion in Geneva. He particularly highlighted the direct assistance provided to the Foundation through the Embassy of China in Switzerland, which has played an important role in supporting its development, and expressed his deep appreciation.
