The evening featured a vibrant and diverse artistic program. Performers from the Nanjing Performing Arts Group, together with local Swiss artists, presented wonderful performances in a warm and festive atmosphere. Helena (Lenna Blue), a member of the CIG Mingyue Art Troupe, was invited to perform the song “Big Fish.” Her sincere and moving interpretation deeply touched the audience and was met with enthusiastic applause. It was a great honor and source of pride for CIG to showcase Chinese language education and the talent of young artists on such a distinguished diplomatic stage.
For many years, CIG has been dedicated to promoting Chinese language and culture in Switzerland. This invitation to participate in the Spring Festival reception performance reflects the positive role of overseas Chinese language education in fostering mutual understanding and friendship between China and Switzerland. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, CIG sincerely wishes continued prosperity to China and enduring friendship between China and Switzerland.
